Did not get cold heart
So I know I am late like very late but I preordered the game and put in the cold heart code as soon as I signed in. Well I never got the gun. Did this happen to anyone else that could maybe help me. (And yes I did complete the campaign and am level 20)

I bought a digital destiny and there was a code for me to use to get the coldheart. I am on Xbox one. The code said that it was already redeemed, and now I’m pissed, because I can’t get in direct contact with Bungie! I am willing to pay for coldheart individually again! I just want my gun! The coldheart was the reason why I chose to come to destiny two from rise of iron! Please help! I really want that gun. It will be the difference between flawless, and one away for me, and I need that! Please help. Sincerely, SaltyFawn310030
