Lyn chuckled and opened her mouth to say something only for lightning to suddenly strike right outside the store out of no where. Lyn sighed and looked like she was rather annoyed at something.
"Wanna call this a date just to piss off, Cordelia? Maybe we can go workout together or something?"
Artemis had broken out of her trance from the sound of thunder, which caused her to duck under the table, shaking and hugging her tail.

Lyn smiled shyly at Natalie, face getting red. "O-Okay..." Artemis snickered underneath the table at Lyn's reaction only to be kicked by Lyn. "Ow! Hey!"

[i]"Perfect, it's a date. That'll piss her off." [/i]

"Y-Yeah, it will." She giggled. "Cordelia is going to throw a fit, but luckily Saraph will probably stop her."

[i]"Nah, I hope she does. It'll be interesting to see." [/i]

"You want to see....Oh my god." Lyn began to laugh. "Cordelia's girlfriend would probably come by and embarrass the hell out of her."

[i]"If that happens, it'd be a double date." [/i]

"No! That's a terrible idea. You see they've been dating for a very long time now. They're at the phase of being super lovey dovey and about to probably be engaged."

[i]"Then they can take a taxi to their place later in the night," Nat jokingly responded. [/i]

Lyn's face got completely red. "C-Can I not think about someone that's like a parent to me doing something like that?"

"Oh, sorry. I thought you were implying something." Lyn nervously laughed as Artemis got back in her seat. "Lyn, you done embarrassing yourself?" "Doubt it considering I have a date tonight now..."

Artemis rolled her eyes at Lyn before giggling and smirking over at Natalie. "This is Lyn's first date ever so have fun, Nat." Lyn placed a hand on the hilt of her sword and glared over at where Artemis was sitting, but the wolf girl had already ran out of the building.

Lyn relaxed and smiled back over at Natalie. "Oh yeah?"

[i]"Mhm. It was pretty fun, for what it was - We went to a casino on the strip and spent the night gambling." [/i]

"I've never gone to a casino nor gambled on anything. Is it fun?"

[i]"It depends on the place you go. Some places rig everything, others are fair. You can tell by what kind of place it is and how they operate and stuff." [/i]

"Oh okay. I'd have no idea what I was doing and probably end up betting myself away or something."

"That sounds like fun, Nat, but I think I should get going. You said your place tonight, right? What time?" Lyn stood up.

"Great!" Lyn began to walk backwards toward the door. "I-I'll see you then! I've umm...got to go back to the acad-" She slammed her back into the doorway by accident before correcting herself and heading through the door. "Bye!"
