Manannan Scout Rifle please help
I've turned in over 3000 gunsmith parts and never received the manannan scout rifle? Is there a trick to get it?

The Magrugada SR 2 is almost as good I've only gotten one Manannan to drop so on my other 2 characters I have the Magrugada
