Well I didn't check the minimum requirements before playing, but my old GTX 260 chugs (barely) on minimum settings for me discover the following:
1. If I try to launch the game after having previously exited it while the game was running on any monitor other than the one the game first launched in, I always get the CHIVE error.
2. If I delete the cvars.xml file the game launches successfully - on that original monitor, and only that original monitor. It's happy there, launches just fine. See 1.
Also note that I have three old monitors hooked up, of which EDIT: #3 (according to Windows) is a lower resolution and on the left, and that's the one that Destiny 2 wants to launch in.
Specs for Bungie: Amrynel#6773, Intel i5 3330, 10GB DDR3, 896MB GTX 260 (driver 21.21.13.4201), Win7x64, DxDiag link attached to the post and repeated here https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zxjbS0INJ3SNbhros_p4BEdDiR32DutC
I hope this helps people. Hi5 to anyone who remembers playing Oni. That was a sweet game.
