He soon spotted a tawny red fox padding through the grass softly nearby, silently stalking a hare nibbling on some foliage.

He stayed back, waiting and watching. No use stealing this kill, let the fox have it. He wasn't looking really for pelt, just for things he could sell for food or eat himself.

The fox struck swiftly and precisely, breaking the rabbits neck in a single motion, before stepping back and confirming its kill with a sideways eye. Eerily humanlike.
-
He noticed this, slinging his crossbow on his back, keeping his hands by his sides as to show he wasn't a threat. He spoke softly as he saw the fox "Hello?" He said. He pilent be surprised if it was a human, the person he was dating could do a very similar thing.

The fox turns to face him, nine tails spreading out from its rear, which covered its body and leapt away, revealing a red haired woman in a green jacket, with bewitching jade eyes standing upright looking at him, as the kitsune landed next to her. “Hello.” She says cautiously, but not with any hostility, quite the opposite in fact.

Leon laughed a bit. "Well, probably a good thing I didn't take that shot then. Didn't want to shoot someone." He approached, still making sure he didn't seem like a threat.

“You wouldn’t have hit.” She says humbly, but confidently. “But thank you for not trying.”
-
"No problem. Only really hunting for food, and Fox isn't my favourite." He said jokingly.

“Care for a bit of help?”
-
"If you're offering, j see no reason to turn you down." He said. There was an air of calmness around him, a soft smile on his face. There was a ruggedness to him though that said he wasn't always this way.

“Alright then. Anything in particular you’re after?”
