I've run into a fair amount of people claiming to be boosted and a few claiming to be boosters. and it got me wondering if it's even allowed. And if not, should it be? Obviously there's a difference between letting your friend play for a few matchs verses paying someone to boost your account. So for this question, it's specifically about if paying for boosting is allowed or if it puts your account at risk, and if it doesn't, should it?

At the end of the day your just letting someone play the game for you and paying them out of your own pocket in exchange. The confusion lies with the term "boosting" boosting typically means that your level is being raised by mods or in game exploits, paying someone to play if they play as intended is not a problem.
