Sup,
I've always wondered what people thought about six-packs. And why we want them so bad. As if it makes us a better person. I have a six-pack, and I love it. But I care way more about my beard than my abs. People see your beard everyday. And can only see your six-pack if you're soaked in sweat or rain.(for the most part) So I, kind of, think six-packs are overrated. Yet I don't regret working for one. What about you guys?

Yes. It creates a sense of insecurity for men feeling they need to look like david beckham to hook up with women (or men, not one to judge) so they sometimes push themselves too far to achieve this "ideal" body image. This exact issue has and is happening with women but for some reason the mens side of the problem isn't talked about as much. I know it is more marketable and more appealing to have attractive models as opposed to the average or overweight man or woman but you see it everywhere.
sorry i turned this into a mini rant
