[i]Zane saw the halberd flying at him, and he very easily knocked it away with a swing of his own blade. He laid eyes on his opponent and took aim with his gunblade, firing off a quick shot. [/i]

The halbard spawned back on her back and she pushed one of her own drones into the line of sight to change her trajectory though loose her bomber. By then the shielder was caught up with its master for support she opted to proceed, going for a slash within the groinal region while her target was in flight.
