Sup,
I've always wondered what people thought about six-packs. And why we want them so bad. As if it makes us a better person. I have a six-pack, and I love it. But I care way more about my beard than my abs. People see your beard everyday. And can only see your six-pack if you're soaked in sweat or rain.(for the most part) So I, kind of, think six-packs are overrated. Yet I don't regret working for one. What about you guys?

I've dropped 65lbs so far this year. I work out pretty frequently, rock climb twice a week, and eat pretty damn healthy (lots of lean protean, low sugar and high fibre). Still don't have defined abs, but am getting that V thing and have an extremely visible rib cage. Overall, I've lost a noticeable amount of muscle mass, but have toned up a lot on my upper body - especially arms and back (legs were always pretty toned). Despite the downsize, I have maintained most of my strength (tho it takes more effort now). I can't grow a proper beard (-blam!- these genetics), but loosing weight has led to a much slimmer looking face (high cheekbones and a noticeable jaw line). So basically...enjoy your beard and abs...and FML.
