There was a knocking at the doors of the Dojo. Wasn’t someone in Dojoville, wasn’t some new recruit, it was a familiar face to some. It was the daughter of one of the NCR’s Rangers, Jamie Grant. She had been given order that her father, Alexander Grant, had been killed. She wasn’t aware how, she just received a radio transmission with a message and an order. To come back and take care of Grant’s children. So exactly that she would do.
Jamie wasn’t a very tall person like her father, no she was only a little over five and a half feet tall. She wore green combat armor, pistols and knives strapped to her belt. She had long, black hair, but one side of her head lacked it entirely. And the reason was pretty evident, there was a massive scar from a bullet on the left side of her head. She had a rather somber look on her pale face, banging on the door of the Dojo.
Open. I know it’s bad, just got bored and decided to put something out.
Mason looked to her. He waved. His scar under his left eye was rather unnerving. So was his his armor. All but his helmet. But his soft brown eyes were begging for a friend. The older man had brown hair that was peppered with greys and a 5 o'clock shadow.

Jamie waved back, a smile on her face and a manic look in her eye. She walked right over to him, flipping her hair to the other side of her head with her hand, making the massive scar on the left side of her face much more noticeable. “Heyo! You look pretty lonely, dude. Just sitting there by yourself.”
-
He whistled. A little coonhound pup came running. The redbone coonhound jumped into Mason's lap. "Yeah... everytime you say the word lonely I'm just gonna call one of my pups over. Anyway, I'm Mason Grey! Who are you?"
-
“Jamie Grant. Daughter of the resident Ranger captain of the NCR. Well, I was. My dad’s dead now. Sucks, but I can’t feel sadness and such, so it didn’t hit me too hard. Guess there are some upsides to being shot in the head after all.”
-
"WHAT?!" Mason picked up Jamie, "YOU CAN'T FEEL SADNESS!"
-
Jamie just looked surprised more than anything. “Yep. Now put me down before I tear you in half with a shotgun.”
-
Mason set them down.
-
“Thank you. Now, why did that seemingly freak you out so bad?”
-
"You don't show any emotion abiut your father's death?" Mason asked.
-
“Well I can pretend to have it, but half of my frontal lobe is blown out so I can’t actually feel it.”
-
"Ooooh."
-
“Yeah. Anyways, where’d you get the dog?”
-
"I met a lady. She gave me a box of puppies and kittens."
-
“Oh. That’s cool. You know who she is or ever meet her after?”
-
"Never saw her again."
-
“Did you ever try to look for her again at all?”
-
"No."
-
“Well, that’s just kinda shitty, actually. Might wanna try and find her again sometime.”
-
"The thing is, I don't rememner who it was that gave it to me. I may only look 48, but I'm much older."
-
“My dad is almost sixty and a normal dude and he was able to remember stuff like that. No excuse.”
-
"I'm 185, you little brat. I may a guardian, but I'm known as the Clumsy Titan for a reason."
-
“If you call me a brat again I’ll make sure you don’t live long enough for someone to call you that ever again.”
-
"Fiiiiiiine," Mason said.
-
“God, you’re really boring, aren’t you? Can see why you have nobody around besides your animals.”
-
"Hey! I'm not the bad. I'm Titan Dad!"
