I have recently updated my graphics card driver to 17.12.1 for my RX Vega 64 and Destiny 2 was recently updated as well, now Destiny wont load properly without the screen going blank, flickering or giving me no signal. All my other games work fine.
This happens as soon as the initial loading screen is finished, it goes mental. I have tried the prefs fix and I have tried repairing it via blizzard.net's app. Multiple restarts and I have tried rolling back my graphics driver. Nothing is working the game loads but knocks my screen out. Was working fine before the update.
Please note I have also tried starting WMI in services to no avail.
Its like the game is forcing HDR or its pumping out to much information for HMDI cables to handle through the RX Vega 64 card.
System specs:
Threadripper 1950x (no overclock and temps normal)
G.Skills Trident Z 32GB @3200mhz
X399 Zenith Extreme
RX Vega 64 8gb (not overclocked, works fine with other games)
Samsung SSD 960 Pro m.2 1TB (no problems)
Certified HDMI cable rated at 18gbps
