Problems games on laptops.

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I would like to draw the attention of Bungie a SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM. We are talking about the game on laptops. The fact that a long time ago came the news that on laptops, the game does not open in full screen. It seems that this problem is minor, but the fact is that because of this, some (many) laptops, I think the game in the background process and simply don't allocate her enough power. Because of this, the game runs at 5-10 fps. This problem was faced not only I but many of my friends and clan mates. I hope that such an easy error to fix.
