IMO they don’t work. I played for about 20 hours with a 3oC activated and lo and behold, no exotics.
This morning played for 15 minutes without a 3oC activated and got an exotic.
I’ll be running without a 3oC activated until there’s a statement from Bungie saying either way if it’s working as intended or, if I think, they’re broken.
