That was a very shallow and weak comeback because you and I well know there are no facts, Bungie hasn’t provided hard numbers on how ToC even works. According to Bungie, we are supposed to just [i]believe[/i] ToC is working as intended. My main gripe is ToC can be easily made to do nothing because how do you measure if something is influencing random chance when any result yielded can be chalked up to being RANDOM CHANCE.
