Without getting into an argument here I can only go on my experience of play to date. I have put in over 26 days so far, mainly as a hunter. A friend of mine has put in 6+ days, mainly as a Titan. He has more hunter exotics than I do. I have used 3 three of coins so far. 1st one I got no exotic drop. 2nd and 3rd I got one exotic drop for each. 2 exotics in 12 hours is usual for me. Both were duplicates, but that won't be updated until the new year so I'm not fussed about that. However the Fated Engram did give me a duplicate. So from my experience so far, and with no numbers from Bungie to work with I can only go on what I experience, I have seen no change with 3oC at all and the Fated Engram doesn't work.
