As I have said in another post I started. 3oC hasn’t worked right since they tried to fix it being abused in D1. It worked as intended (great as a matter of fact) when it was first introduced.
Since they tried to fix it... it has actually been worse than not using them at all.
Don’t expect Bungie to finally figure it out. They couldn’t in D1. And they won’t in D2 either.
