I can't redeem a battle.net gift card because I'm in the wrong region.
My cousin bought me a gift card from Australia. But it won't redeem because it says ' The country of the balance code you are trying to redeem is not supported in this region.' Is there anything i can do.

You'll have to talk to blizzard about it. Bungie can't help you in anyway.
