<Listen... I honestly need you to hear this one, Bungie, though you probably won't. Not that anybody listens to these posts anyway. *sigh* I've seen the work you've done since Combat Evolved and little of what came before. However there is a FINE LINE between how you handled games back in the Halo days vs how you do it now. Nothing feels genuine, it just feels corporate and I don't know who to blame, Activision, or you. I pay attention to your best teams more often because I want to look at the positives. I like listening to the music your company makes, I like looking at the artwork and designs of your enemies, skyboxes, landscapes, and even worlds. It's beautiful. However the rest has taken a turn for the worst. I can't say your decisions are quite EA level, but I can't defend some of your more recent choices. It's obvious that this is just for the money at this point. Nobody can hide it. The only things I feel like your heart went into fully is the music and art, which is why I appreciate those things. I would say story but the only parts I can be constantly satisfied with is the lore, not the main story. It's a damn shame. The only stories I could connect with was RoI, HoW, and TTK. Parts of CoO too but not all of it. Back to the point, I can see it. Eververse taking a more prominent role instead of being on the side, the opening for that Senior Level Designer job, the actual reduction of XP gained most likely just to promote Eververse sales. I don't know who it actually is. I don't know if it's Bungie or Activision or even both. But god damn it stop. -blam!-ing stop. I'm not going to lie and say TDB was bigger than CoO, but I'm also not going to lie and say that Eververse is nothing but an abomination and something is seriously wrong with how your company is handling things right now. I understand it's hard to program a game but god damn it pull SOMETHING out because you are GOING TO NEED IT for D3. I would suggest getting either a new engine or reworking this one entirely. We need the option to separate PvP and PvE. Oh and also bring some stuff back because, the removal of amazing features in D1 as simple as replaying a -blam!-ing mission is scummy. What about the constant updates on the state of the game? I don't know if the apologies are genuine or not, but if they are they need to sound more sincere. Right now it sounds like something someone would say if they definitely weren't sincere. It's ridiculous. PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME! I am going to stay until D3, I need to see how it ends, but I want to be able to continue playing after. I want to be able to end this franchise with a bang and not a whimper. Needless to say, I'm not going to pre-order anymore. I swear the more negatively charged I get the more I think the Archival Mind in one of the CoO strikes wasn't a coincidence.>
