I am not your baby. Act like an actual intelligent and capable human being, instead of perpetuating the loony persona you have cultivated here so far, and Google it yourself.
While you can prance around in your moral ivory tower whining about concepts like self control you might actually want to wake up to reality, use your brain, and start to understand that kids play these games...
Now....what, amongst others, separates kids from actual adults (so...I forgive you for not knowing this yet seeing as you have never ever reached that stage) is that their brain is not yet fully developed (something which happens after puberty) and because of that they have poor risk assessment skills and low impulse control as a result.
Aside from that the lootbox and mtx economies in games affect the games themselves since the mechanics are adjusted to maximize the buying potential. This means, ao, that your progression and reward systems are not what they should be and are purposefully throttled so people will need to spend more. Even if you do not buy mtx they still affect you.
But even the "I am not buying them so it doesn't involve me" argument falls flat when we talk about premium games. Because you DID buy them. Your money paid for the development of the infrastructure, the development of the game icons, the game mechanics and the content that goes in them. They just want you to pay more to access them.
So while you are prancing around in your unbridled and vey much unfounded arrogance and air if moral superiority....you are in fact making one stupid statement after another to justify your own little fantasy reality bubble.

Edited by FRANK WHITE 30: 12/23/2017 6:58:37 PMThe game is rated 16 in the UK. You can play the lottery at 16 in the UK which is technically gambling. Parents should not be buying kids under 16 the game.
