First off, I'd like to point out 2 things.
A)I don't like or agree with the Kinetic, Energy, Power Weapon System. Destiny 1's Primary, Secondary & Heavy Weapon System (aside from the creation of Sidearms being the first signs of Cancer in my opinion) was just more fun,... which is why we all play.
B)Eververse having EVERY Ghost, Ship & Sparrow is ridiculous.
*The Power Weapon system needs better, more powerful Exotics.
-Pocket Infinity was amazing during Vanilla Destiny in PvP, better than Heavy Weapons at that time. I did not have a Vex Mythoclast when it was broken, but I had Prometheus Lens before Xur sold it (I think Bungie threw it out knowing it would melt to see how people would react to a quicker time to kill) & wished all Exotics were that Powerful (The Colony is murderous in Mayhem btw).
-I think PvP needs No Land Beyond, Universal Remote & Vex Mythocast while PvE could use the Pocket Infinity as a Power Weapon in the upcoming Rasputin DLC (I would have it consume ammo directly from reserves when empty in exchange for stability, which in the next Raid Lair could be countered with an Aura to use effectively against the assumed Psion Boss Nezerec).
*Eververse needs an overhaul.
-At bare minimum, 5% of Tess' Inventory needs to be 'Crux of Crota' Rarity drops in End-Game Activities(Raid, Heroic Mercury Missions, Heroic Public Events).
-Eververse needs a Kiosk where everything can be Purchased for Bright Dust (with Exotics being a one time purchase or a HIGHLY reduced price after the first)
-Tess' weekly rotating Inventory should be Slightly Discounted with a chance of selling ANY seasons Item (like the Bandwagon Ship selling now in this 'Illuminati Osiris' era).
-Exotic Ornaments should be (barely) attainable in-game by wearing the Exotic completing certain objectives(floating with Lion Rampart for 'X' amount of Time or Distance, tethering 'X' 1,000s of Enemies with Orpheus Rigs)
-Silver or Bright Engrams should go on Sale during Limited Time Events (like during SRL, Dawning & Festival of the Lost, not Faction Rallies or Iron Banner).
- Leveling up should give both( for more XP) a Bright & Limited Time Engram during Limited Time Events.
- or ALL OF THE ABOVE.
GTA Online(Except Loot Boxes, but Overwatch does it right as far as I can tell) has been doing this for 5 or 6 years now (still at full retail price at $60 new for a physical copy btw).

*Strike Specific Loot (PLUS) Selecting Strikes, (EQUALS) 'Legendary/Raid Strikes'.
-Rewards Weekly Only.
-Put the Vex Mythoclast in the Downed Spire Strike with permanent Modifiers & the VoG Relic.
*Release Sparrow Mods already(the Horns will be enough excitement when SRL comes back).
-Make the Custom Drive Sparrow Engine a Mod & Transmat Preloader(instant Summon Vehicle) Sparrow 'MOD' a ... Mod.
*And shouldn't the Ghosts have the 'Transmat Effect' and not Ships?
-Too late now, but jus think about it... is my Ship reviving me in PvP with Evidence of it's Transmat Effect or Ghost? I thought it was my ghost(seeing as He reminds me He found me on Earth in Vanilla Destiny), I guess Ghost really is jus an Amazon Alexa Paperweight... it's cannon now.
*Masterwork Weapons are great.
- Fireteam Chat mentioned how earning Weapon Ornamental Auras from 'X' amount of kills would incentivise grinding. I would agree, maybe different colors depending on which types of Enemies(Red-Cabal, Green-Hive, etc).
*Ghost Re-Rolls.
-Either a New Consumable like Masterwork Cores (from dismantling other Ghosts) or a Weekly Reward Consumable tied to an Existing Weekly Milestone (Looking at Cayde).
*How to do PvP modes.
-Mayhem needs to stay, at least as an additional rotating Event like Iron Banner or Faction Rallies, but keeping it around permanently until Destiny 2 gets better would be best.
-(Exotic) Laser Tag, make Prometheus Lens(or whatever Exotic Xur happens to Sell that Week) Broken once a Month... jus for Fun, see what happens.
-Big Team Battle(Sunken Isles in EDZ perhaps). Even if Destiny can only 4v4, big maps with Tanks, Pikes & Power Ammo & Super Cooldowns decreased.
-The Current Crucible should become a Tactical/Team PvP Mode( Detonation for instance) with Mayhem being on the opposite spectrum & a New 'Casual Mode' with decreased Cooldowns & Time To Kill somewhere inbetween.
*These all seem like attainable No-Brainers to me, I assume some of these things are scheduled to happen (an Eververse Kiosk for Instance) after all the Micro-Transaction Whales are dried up. But until then... =/
