I played Destiny 2 from the Day One, on PS4, and I had no problem, but I made a fiber optic connection (FTTC) and then changed the modem, I started to have disconnection problems, Cabbage error (I have a technicolor modem) and network problems (I have a 100/20 mega, but effective are 60/20).
I tried to create a new firewall, as recommended by Bungie, but my modem software does not allow it to be created. I tried the modem ports for Destiny 2 and PSN, but I did not solve anything. I only solved the NAT 1 setting via PPPoE, but this prevents the remote PC connection and the dual screen function for the smartphone. Is there any other way around this damn mistake? Is Bungie working on resolving these ongoing problems?
Thanks.
I have a technicolor modem
There is your issue right there. There is a known issue with ports that modem uses. You have to contact the manufacturer or your ISP to trobleshoot the ports to open the ones that Destiny 2 uses.
