Do you follow trends of gear, builds and vanity items in MMOs? Do you understand the difference between too much and too little randomness in player rewards? Do you obsess about how the rarity, cost or challenge of acquisition of items in a virtual world drive or fail to drive player behavior? Do you know how all of these things could be done better in Destiny? If so, we may be looking for you!

As a member of the Live Team, the Senior Progression Designer works with a diverse array of disciplines to build and maintain Destiny’s monetization business: the Eververse. You will work with Artists to plan and realize new items, and with Engineers and other Designers to imbue it with function. The ideal candidate will be a force in creating alignment and support for new designs and monetization strategies.
I and several other people on here like Boomer, called this the minute that Bungie announced a Cash Shop was being implemented in Destiny 1.
There's already more to buy from Eververse as of the Curse of Osiris, than you will get from loot drops in the DLC. Most of the Armor Ornaments that Bungie said was coming, are going to be in the Eververse.
By the time D2 has their TTK-type of DLC drop, I fully expect Pay-2-Win will be available from the Eververse. If not by then, then definitely with Destiny 3.
But the BDF said Bungie would -NEVER- put P2W into Destiny. Hell, Bungie themselves even swore (and still swears) that Eververse would only ever be "cosmetic only".
How else could the Eververse "progress" beyond what it is now, than to start offering actual Weapons, Armor, and end-game-tier Mods?
That's the only place left that the Eververse -COULD- progress to.
Pay-to-Win is coming to Destiny very soon. It's all-but guaranteed now.
