The arrow went sprawling towards the skull of the wraith, and with one audible THUNK! the fiery man fell limply to the ground with a thud!. The flames died out immediately which only left a weak looking man unconscious on the ground.
“Alright...that’s another down.” Baker commented.
“Well, this is great. Now the stairs are out.” Dani added. “Equipping rope arrows now.”

Once again his shielding took most of the damage, but the heavy hit weakened it severally. He used his thrusters to break out of the wall, charging at the stone fisted man.
-
Zane however would feel another surge of electricity contact his shield as the stone fist winded up for a strike. One of the men began to fly into the air, a bow and arrow in hand. Along with the electricity, arrows began to fire at Zane.
-
Zane leapt up into the air, cutting through the lighting and arrows. He opened a small portal Into his personal vault and grabbed a new grenade that he had been experimenting with. He tossed the new grenade at the stone fisted man, and when it made contact it froze him solid. It appeared that he had created a cryo grenade, and it was very effective.

The flying man quickly moved out of the way of Zane, continuing to fire arrows at him. With two of the ten down, there were still another six who hadn’t attacked Zane. A new one now slapped the air, and before Zane could realize he saw a massive purple hand form in the air and smack him across the room.
-
He used his thrusters to recover and started hovering in the air. He formed more cryo grenades and tossed them out at the cultists.
-
He froze four of them, however the electricity user and stone user were unharmed. More lightning shocked Zane’s shields until they were essentially depleted.
-
Fak you, I decided when my shield breaks
He Glared at the caster and took aim. His fist cracked with energy as he dove and slammed his fist into the spell slinger.
-
His fist cracked against the shocking man’s jaw, dislocating it and sending him limp to the ground with a thud! “Almost got it!” Baker Yelled as the flying archer sent more arrows down at Zane.
-
He formed his ward to catch the arrows, then leaped up Into the air using his ward to protect him from the arrows. Once close enough, he dropped the ward and swung the flat of his blade at the Archer.
-
The steel smashed into the archers face, sending spit and blood flying as he fell limply to the ground unconscious. “And...got it!” Baker Yelled, as suddenly the shield exploded into nothing but harmless particles, leaving just the old man. “....ah shoot.” The elder said.

Edited by Zane the 3rd: 1/2/2018 11:26:31 PMIt was time to end this. He'd make sure that this crazed elder wouldn't hurt anyone again. He took aim once again, his fist crackling with power and he slammed down on the old man.
-
Zane’s fist collided with the side of the old man’s skull, instantly making him fall limp off the pedestal and onto the ground. Still, but breathing. “Well there you go!” Jon exclaimed, walking towards the pedestal. “How was he controlling these guys you think? All of em seem to have magic some how, I haven’t seen a group this big since...well, ever.”

Edited by Zane the 3rd: 1/3/2018 12:20:43 AM"They were being controlled by the pants. The old man somehow managed to take control over them all, but how is the next question."
-
“Well, The Pants are enchanted ya? And the guy didn’t try to control us? Maybe his pair somehow took control of everyone who was wearing em.”
-
"In order to do that, he'd half to have made his own pair. That means the machine must be nearby."
-
“Ya. So it’s just like a sewing machine probably right?” Baker asked, moving to tie the old man up. However, he grabbed one of his swords and cut through the fabric of the man’s pants, ruining them.
-
"That's what the shop keeper told me. Should be easy to spot." Zane began looking around, examining the room.
-
“Yo, Dani. Set the scanner for a sewing machine and start scanning the proximity.” Baker said as his visor began to glow a little more. Baker looked around, and looked towards a door at the corner of the room. “It’s past the door there.”
-
"Great work. You wanna come with or wait for me to be done? Still gotta pay off your broker for my mistake."
-
“Hmm? No I’m Gunna contain this guy, make sure he can’t get away. You go ahead and get your handy dandy machine.”
-
"Alrighty then. You ain't a bad fighter baker. I think my kids .ight enjoy sparring with you if you're ever in dojo territory."
-
“Well if I ever make my way out there, I’ll be sure to stop by.” Baker would say. “Anyways, kinda wanna get out of here before these guys wake up. They might not be under the guys control anymore but they’ll be hella pissed!”
-
"Good point, I'll go ahead and grab the machine." He walked over to where baker said the machine was located and entered the room.
-
Upon entry he entered a smaller hall, well lit and furnished. Ahead of him however stood a massive steel vault door, glowing with an odd purple energy. There was a large wheel to open the door, and on the wall lay a sleek black panel.
-
He walked over and turned the wheel, opening the door.
