I ask this every so often, and no one has yet to give me a valid reason for it.
What in Eververse is pay to win? What in this system is not some form of mod or cosmetic? Someone please answer me this with exact detail, because so far I'm reading all these Eververse complaints and thinking how many idiots just complain to complain.

Edited by Taku: 1/1/2018 11:11:10 PMI'm confused because I haven't seen anyone complain saying Eververse is pay to win. They're mad because more and more loot is being locked behind a pay wall when they could easily be used to incentivize content. Everything about CoO was tiny, except the amount of new items that were added to the Eververse loot pool. Eververse is not giving people in game advantages, but it is sucking the entire end game dry so that it can have more appeal to players. Plus all the XP throttling, limited amount of Dawning engrams, etc. People aren't complaining about P2W. They are complaining about the shady and predatory system that is designed to make money off of them. No one would care if the actual game had more loot and felt more rewarding, but it doesn't. That is why no one gives you a valid reason - because you're question has nothing to do with anything anyone is talking about. EDIT: Things that could be argued as pay to win though are the new ghost shells with increased EXP/glimmer gains, extra loot from public rewards (note it does NOT say CHANCE for extra loot), and armor still has stats even though it's mostly cosmetic - so the hunter dawning set (recovery) is much better than other things hunters can get. Nobody cares about that crap though
