Hmm. I like the guy, though the dragon form could get seriously ridiculous in a few scenarios, especially against regular people. Is the weakening breath like the Mark For Death shout from Skyrim?

It’s a power these dragons get in 5e I’m not 100 percent sure how it works

I suppose that it would cause fatigue if anything, really, perhaps weakening their overall strength and magic capabilities. I like the bio though, just keep the dragon abilities held back unless it's a necessity. I'll get a test post up in a bit.
