Here’s an ancient one, PC titles that actually required an optical drive to run, or at the very least install right into Steam and make you wonder why there even was a disc in the first place?
With the formalities aside, the last time I used a disc to do anything related to playing a game would be what’s pictured above, The Fallout Anthology. Admittedly I mostly picked it up because I wanted a near life size mini nuke to sit next to my Pip Boy, but being able to enjoy Interplay’s Fallout alongside modding Fallout 3 and New Vegas were nice bonuses too.
If that doesn’t count and you want a title that requires the disc to play period, I’d say it would be Quake II which I somehow inherited around 2006. T4R, what’s the last physical PC title you picked up?

I had star wars: empire at war a long time ago before I switched to console, now back to pc

Ultimate DOOM

Didn't start doing much on the PC side until digital was already the norm, so I can't really remember. Thinking it was the original Driver.
-
Robot wars probably like 12 years ago or something like that
-
Football manager 2016
-
Last disc I ever purchased for PC was Sims 4. Now my PC doesn't even have a disc drive... But I still buy console discs whenever I can

Putt Putt Joins the Circus
-
Probably Civilization 4

Probably Uru.

Bioshock 2, at my local store it was cheaper for the physical copy at launch than it was for the digital copy.
-
Star Wars Empire at War. I've never been a PC gamer, but that one I had to have. Super fun game.
-
Sonic R ;-;
-
Probably Lego Racers 2
-
Dead Rising 2, they were super cheap so 2 copies = co-op fun with a buddy. -blam!- that games for windows live though, holy shit was it annoying, glad those days are over. Reminded me that every publisher wants their own 'lil launcher, silly greedy gooses... Run the shortcut, wait till their silly launcher is up...press play or whatever again, there we go, no biggie...
