In the same crucible match:
A) A tether came through two titan barricades. One barricade stacked is one thing, but both of us activated out of instinct? No. Teamwork like that should be rewarded. Not discouraged. They have one giant tether chord or unlimited use at a shorter range? They can deal with that considering it's now a standoff.
This other one is one where I'm ticked Bungie ever allowed this to happen. While you fix that warlock voidwalker glitch? You better fix this.
B) A tether hits a spot I literally see in front of me, I instinctively notice there is a perch I am on, higher then the tether spot, I crouch down.
Tether comes through perch (literally) and hits me, knocking my super off. It instantly goes away after.
Those surfaces are expected to be 100% solid for a reason. If the initial tether shot should not directly contact me? Then it shouldn't. It's not like we get credit anymore for using cover (like in D1 which had a specific perk to it), but this is absolutely ridiculous that it's able to do that for 1/2 second and then disappear.
As developers commonly say: "All the issues with those other games? We don't have those issues here."
Right now? I can go play three other free to play PC space marine shooters and guess what? They do NOT have issues with solid ground cover preventing game effects from taking place. Fix the issues since it is 2018 afterall... Anthem will be the next fun game I think at this point.

it goes through walls and around corners even if it doesnt nullify your abilites you can see it going through walls and why does it jerk your aim when it activates

I have shot a teather at a barricade and it stops at it instantly. Are you sure he didn't shot above the barrier?? Somewhere at 25-20 fps if i remember right. So this sounds more like a desync (or lag if you want to call it that) when you where open to the tether when the server calculated it.
