*She smiled back at her, seemingly liking the sound of that. Her foot which had stopped rubbing against Silver’s, resumed, venturing up to her ankle.*

Silver's rubbed back, moving up to Sapphire's ankle as well. "You like that thought?"

[u]Yeah... It sounds nice.[/u] *She continued to blush, her cheeks staying a light pink color.*

Silver blushed a little back. "Maybe we can after dinner?"

Silver happily began to eat, looking down at her food now. "This is rather good..."

[u]Mhmm.[/u] *She hummed, having just eaten a forkful of fish.*

The conversation probably didn't mean much as they ate. Eventually, Silver would finish and smile up at Sapphire again. "Thank you, Sapphire, for the food."

*She nodded and got out of her chair, leaving a generous tip on the table.*

Silver followed, clinging by Sapphire's side. "So...back to your place?"

"Oh, that sounds lovely." Silver followed.

*After a short while they reached the apartment building. They went up a couple flights of stairs and Sapphire stopped at a door, unlocking it and motioning for Silver to enter.*

Silved nodded to Sapphire as she entered, taking in the view.

*It was a rather roomy apartment, decently clean too. The room she had stepped into was a living room with a small kitchen separated only by a bar. There were two other doors, presumably Sapphire’s room and Mari’s room. The bathroom must’ve been connected between the two. A few small toys can be seen here and there as well.* *In the living room specifically there was a couch with a coffee table and a TV. In the corner was also a small desk and chair with a laptop.* [u]Well, here it is.[/u]

"This is your home sweet home? It's nice." Silver went over and sat on the couch.

*She followed, sitting down next to her.* [u]Thanks, I just cleaned yesterday.[/u]

"It's spotless." Silver nudged Sapphire a bit before yawning and laying down on the couch, her legs going over Sapphire's lap. She giggled, clearly doing it as a joke.

*She giggled as well, looking Silver up and down. She was considering laying with her, but seemed unsure.*

Silver smiled at Sapphire in a friendly manner. "I'm glad to have you as a friend, Sapphire, you're a lot fo fun."

[u]Y-You are too.[/u] *She was a little disappointed by the usage of the word ‘friend’ but tried not to let it show. Slowly, she laid down with Silver so they were face to face.*

Silver sensed it easily, frowning a little. "Hey, why are you disappointed? Did I say something wrong?"

[u]W-What?[/u] *She was surprised by how easily Silver knew how she felt. She blushed a little bit when she spoke again.* [u]I... Well... I-It seemed a little like this was heading toward more than being friends...[/u]

"Oh...I'm sorry." Silver gave Sapphire a hug and a light squeeze. "I didn't mean to reject you or anything by saying that."
