Answer questions and aid other members. - Remove any negativity from the clan. - Play with new members. Get to know them and be a leader. - Communicate with the other Admins about concerns or recommended improvements or basically anything. INTERVIEW: After joining the clan. I would have to get to know you a bit. We would play whatever basically and talk about the clan's goals. At that point, if offered, you could be an Admin or remain a member.
