She nodded.
-
“So, what brings you out here on a night like this?”
-
She gestured to the tent. "I am the companion of the one asleep. He doesn't know I'm a shapeshifter. He thinks I'm a puma."
-
“A shapeshifter. I have encountered another like you. It is...fascinating to me. Where I come from there were very few of the things that are taken for granted here.” Suzume looks to the Awoken huntress beside her and gives a friendly smile. “I do not think I asked your name.”
-
"Vanessa," the Huntress spoke.
-
“Well met, Vanessa.” Suzume turns her attention to her surroundings, remembering Vanessa was speaking with something or someone else. “Is there someone else around here? I thought I heard you speaking with someone before I approached you.”
-
She gestured to Puma, "Oh, this little guy, Puma? Oh. Yeah, hexs called a Ghost."
-
“A Ghost...it seems I will have to learn of some of this new technology in my time here as well. I am familiar with nearly every form of technology thanks to my travels, but this is entirely new to me.”
-
"I'm not exactly technology," Puma stated. "Hey, not many people understand what you are, Puma."
-
“Artificial Intelligence..? Apologies, my homeland had none of the technology that is so prevalent nowadays in this region, so naturally it is somewhat difficult for me to grasp some of these newer developments in technology.”
-
"Ugh. I don't know what exactly whst he is."
-
“Someone may know what this Ghost of yours is in the city. It just takes finding them to discover what exactly he is.”
-
"Well, I might figure it out."
-
“Perhaps you should, so you can learn about this Ghost you have on your own and without anything to get in your way.”
-
She nodded. "It seems as the hunt is calling me."
-
“The hunt?” Suzume glances around before looking back at Vanessa.
-
"Yes. I must hunt for the rest of the night."
-
“Perhaps I could join you.”
-
"I'd prefer solitude," Vanessa replied, standing up.
-
She nods understandingly, remaining where she was and not getting up. “Good luck on your hunt then.”
