There would be a lone shooter at the gun range, just outside the dojo walls. It was makeshift and humble, but the range was effective for anyone who was wanting to learn how to fire a gun.
The shooter had on ear plugs, as well as the clear plastic goggles that hugged to his pale face and protected his bright blue eyes.
Cain Coldbourne seemed to be making the steps necessary into modern warfare, it seemed.
The tall ashen haired warrior fired off the rounds from the colt 1911 in his hand. It was factory made, and far from special. It seemed that it was one of the training pistols provided for those who didn’t have such weapons.
So he fired, and then fired again. His stance was firm, his aim mostly still.
As the humanoid shaped paper target slid on its rail back towards him, he let out a sigh as he looked at his results. From the 12 Bullets he shot, he fired eight around the arms and legs, which got closer with every bullet hole to centre.
One was in the neck of the figure, while the last three were circling the centre of the humanoid target, just around the area the heart would place itself where this a real human being.
Cain let off a huff, before ejecting the magazine and grabbing the box of nearby Bullets. He began to load the mag, leaning up against the table he stood behind before to rest as he did.
All good.
The man continued to load his magazine as if he were cleaning a wine glass, inserting each bullet carefully into the contraption.
