[i]lizzie happened to be nearby when she hears the man laughing and making his speech. She's trying not to laugh at the short man's antics clearly amused by as well. Even she was a good 8'9" in height clearly and easily towering over the man. She had looked the man over as she quite literally looked down at the man.
