Daun would hear her walking, moving over to look at her from the platform. She didn’t think much of the person’s at first, before looking at the grown around her feet. She was curious now, as she created a vine and wood platform to ferry her down. She would land behind Sylvie, silently as she spoke.
“You create life where you walk, yet you do not dress as a shaman. What are you.?” Daun would say, not rudely, but more intrigued.
i don’t believe these two have met
Edited by NightBloomsFell: 1/12/2018 10:19:57 PM
no they haven't
"im not originally from this plant at all but i am Sylvie a alien and that ability i have has always been with since my birth."She says The tall tattooed grey skin woman looked at her with her bright purple eyes that match her hair. It was pretty clear she wasn't from this world as the marking on her left half of her face was unlike anything the woman would have seen before.
-
“You can control nature as well? Your kind must be connected to Gaia Mother closely.” She said chuckling a bit as Sylvie might notice the same growth happened around Daun
-
"My kind has always possessed such abilities although sadly there's only a small handful of us left. Since war destroyed most of my home."says Sylvie Sylvie smiles seeing her ability almost mirrored her own. A nice change certainly.
-
“I know what it’s like to lose your home.” Daun said, approaching cautiously. She made no sound at all as she walked. “Usually I stay moving with the new people I have come to call family. The idea of making a second home for me usually not something I consider. Though I’ve come to like it here.”
-
"Well this has been my home for a couple of years now been living with of the girl's that took me in when my memory was erased. I live deeper in the woods. ''Says Sylvie
-
“I believe I may have met them. Do not worry though, my roosting here shall not impact your life.” She said, smiling a bit. “Tell me, how far do your powers over nature extend? Does it stop st just plants?”
-
"I can make sentient plant life and bring withered ones back among a few other interesting things and your presence wont bother me."says Sylvie
-
“Hm. My abilities extend a deal further than yours then...” She would say curiously. “I’ve rarely met others who can do even that though without being Shaman. I can do what you can, though I can control animal as well, and commune with the Spirits.”
-
"See i can't control animals or see spirits what i can see though are more like multi colored wisp and i can grant someone the ability to see what i see for a little bit. Only done it a few times in the past when couldn't communicate in this language as this isn't my native tongue. Oh and my tatoos glow sometimes when i do certain things."says Sylvie
-
“I have something similar to your tattoos. My people have always had special bodypaint, which grant us special abilities, like the ability to step silently or be strong.”
-
"Mine was more of a coming of age ceremony when they inked me I was about ten or so years old."says Sylvie
-
“My people are marked depending on their occupation. Our storytellers and diplomats take on the markings of the owl and Fox, our hunters the making of wolf and hare...”
-
"My tattoos cover a good percentage of my body only a select few of my kind can get tattoos like that. Their only for high ranking members amongst my kinda."says Sylvie
-
“Impressive. I’m a shaman, so we’re allowed to switch tattoos for different ceremonies. I can show you the ones I have donned for now if you’d like. It would require me to remove my pants though.” She said with no embarrassment. She was clad in no shoes, pants made of woven plant fibres of light beige. Her stomach was revealed, with her chest being covered by a top of leather and hide. Her arm had bracers on it, fur at the wrist. Her skin was darker as well, her hair in dreadlocks.
-
"Well that's not really necessary and was born into that rank though."says Sylvie Sylvie seemed a little embarrassed by what she suggested not really comfortable with that sort of thing. But she would definitely see hers though.
-
“Fair enough.” She said, dropping the topic of her heritage as she could tell she didn’t want tot all about it. Pasts were a sensitive topic for both of them.
-
"Controlling sentient plants though is fun kinda and maybe one day I will tell you more about myself one day im just not keen on sharing you know. "Says Sylvie
-
“I understand. Caution is very good to practice, especially with those you are unfamiliar with.”
-
"Mhm certainly is especially since my friend found me that one in that abandoned lab where her and i first met. That's why i will always be wary. Cause not everyone's interests are good."says Sylvie
-
“I can assure you, so long as you pose no threat to the forest you shall only find safety here.” She said smiling a bit. “I’ve taken the liberty of trying to keep the more dangerous creatures off the well trodden paths. Well, except for the spiders, because I know they aren’t hostile.”
-
"Yeah the harmless spiders are my friend's doing she lives here to. Plus we never this forest. Matter of fact this whole area before i got here was dead and withered. But now it's beautiful again."says Sylvie Sylvie had remembered quite well how sad and pitiful these woods looked as she glanced around with a slight grin.
-
“I believe I’ve met your friend before. She’s something I’ve truly never seen before, a beautiful woman both for looks and body.” Daun said, though it seemed simply to be a truthful compliment, not flirtations
-
"Yeah she's pretty but also shy around others so she keeps to herself out here unless someone comes asking for her help."says Sylvie
-
“If you see her soon, tell her Daun sends her best wishes. She was very kind to me when I first arrived.”
-
"Yeah i will tell her and she generally is a very nice person. Definitely one you can relie on if you get in a tight spot for sure."says Sylvie
