Daun emerged from the forest as he spoke. She was about 5’8”, stepping to avoid a branch as she did, her movement still dead silent. She was female, though her features more tomboy-ish, her skin darker as well. Her black hair was back in dreadlocks, her eyes jade Green. Her apparel was all natural, plant fibre pants of light beige. She wore no shoes, her top revealing her stomach and covering her upper chest with hide and leather to hide her breast.
“Thank you. Your playing is nice, especially here in the woods. It adds nicely to those do the birds and trees.”

“Thank you, the flowers are beautiful. I am lysanther, who are you?” The elf said. He was shorter than her and very slim. He was wearing blue robes that had a good but he wasn’t wearing the hood. He was a moon elf, with paleish skin and long golden hair, tied back.

“My name is Daun.” She said smiling a bit She rested on her knees in front of her, as she spoke “I assume you’re a wizard of sorts? A bard possibly from the instrument?”

”wizard, I just play the violin. I learned form my 102 years in a library. This forest is very beautiful, I have come here every day since I first arrived. I like the forest, but sadly it keeps on getting worse and worse out here. I feel like I mite have to defend this place sometimes
-
“Well, I’ll be doing my best to help the forest.” She said, smiling widely. “I’ve recently taken up residence here. I’ve always enjoyed the forest, less people to bother me. Also, 102 years, you’re much older than you look.”
-
“With a lifespan of over 750 years, I am young. At least for my species. Anyways, how do you control nature, are you a Druid?
-
“No, more closer to a Shaman.” She said. “My devotion to Gaia Mother is what grants me My abilities. Calling upon wildlife, manipulation of nature, summoning spirits.” She said. As she raised a hand a translucent green butterfly appeared, dashing off of it
-
”although I like the forest and nature, my magic comes from more arcane sources.”he says waving his hand a blue dragon made of sparking light appears
-
“So long as The sources are treated with respect, I see no reason to hold the ways you obtain your abilities against you.” She said, smiling a bit.

”so what made you love nature so much” lysanther asks
i don’t know what to talk about

-
“As I said, mostly the secluded nature. My upbringing was also a big part, I grew up in, as many would call it, tribal life. My people’s religion was the Spirits in all life.” She said happily.
-
”Where do you live” he asks. “Like I know you live in this forest, but I don’t see any giant tree houses or stuff like that. My ancestors lived I’m majestic tree villages. I don’t know why I didn’t grow up in one. For some reason, orphan me, was raised by humans in a library. I easily surpassed all my teachers, becoming a genius. I would go out in nature all the time, I loved it, it was in my blood. But for some reason I don’t remember grand elven forests, just the library I grew up in. Oh that was way off topic. Anyways, where exactly do you live
and what time of day is it
-
“I live out here, actually.” She said, standing up. “I’m currently constructing my lodging in the forests of you’d like to see it.”
-
“Sure” The elf says, picking up his violin
-
She began walking, gesturing for him to follow. “Oh, also, don’t mind the spirit animals or Forest Guardian you might see. They’re with me, just to make sure no harm befalls me or my friends.”
-
“He follows her through the forest, sometimes playing the violin while walking”
-
Eventually they would come upon the sene described above, as she led him up the staircase into the trees. He could see the platforms physically growing off the trees, made of their branches and vines, while others are suspends in air by vines. The light shone just overhead, not yet noon but almost. She smiled as they climbed. “It’s beautiful, is it not?”
-
”it is Beautiful” he said. Once he gets to the top, he starts playing a hauntingly beautiful but sad melody on his violin
