"Alright O, take it easy. This is training, not an actual fight-" a man spoke, a giant really, standing at 7"3, with short cut brown hair and blue eyes. He was a sight, in a tight tank top, ripped yet lean body.
The woman in front of him, "O", however, was similar. Having dirty blonde, shoulder length hair and green eyes. She returned the man's suggestion in an Australian accent.
"Oh shaddup, Kaden, we both know how important this stuff is. If even Manders says it is, then we gotta take it seriously.
Now then, hit me!"
"Its not right to hit a lady-"
"Right, I forgot it was-"
"-good thing you aren't a lady!"
He gave a shit eating grin then, the nearly 30 year old soldier still acting like a child, as the woman threw a punch at him. Despite her size, it looked slow, to which Kaden threw up both arms and blocked it. He retaliated then, lazily throwing a punch and yet still made it look faster than normal. "O" grabbed it, slamming his fist to the side and then pushed him away playfully.
The act continued on for a bit, before a new voice was heard across the courtyard, a commanding tone.
"OLIVIA!"
The blonde Australian went rigid then, straight as a board as she snapped around to see Amanda, the squadron leader of their little group. Amanda, Kaden, Olivia, and Jared. Although she hadn't seen Jared for a few hour-
"What did I tell you?
Take it seriously, you could learn from those Trayven boys."
The woman approached, short cut brown hair, ruffled so slightly, and a soft yet hard expression on her worn face. How was it she pulled off that look? It was menacing but reassuring at the same time.
"Now watch, that punch he threw was easily avoidable even by our standards.
Now watch."
Amanda had made her way next to the two others by now, gesturing to Kaden to stand ready and hit her.
He would have made another quip about being unladylike, but with Amanda being serious, now wasn't the time.
Considering Amanda stood at 7"2, Kaden had to angle the punch down slightly, something he hated.
Either way, he took a ready stance, giving Amanda a few moments yo prepare. Then he swung, a rapid, literal blur of movement as he jabbed at her chest, only for a smack to be heard and his arm to stop and change motion suddenly, and Kaden to yell "Mercy!"
What had happened, was the second Kaden threw the punch, Amanda reacted in kind by slamming her left hand into his arm, then hitting it with her right, to which she then recoiled in an instant, and struck the base of his neck, over his right collarbone, effectively rendering him harmless.
The whole seen was a literal blur of movement, untraceable by the naked eye without tech to slow it down.
Within a matter of seconds of Kaden throwing the first punch, Amanda had ended it with one move.
Kaden slumped to the ground, groaning. He hated that, he knew she would pull that exact move, and each time it hurt just as bad as the last.
Olivia didn't seem to have registered it at first, but then nodded. She did understand, although now...
Well, she needed a new sparring partner.
open, either spar against Olivia, talk to her or Kaden, or try and dc anything with Amanda

'Ere ya go, wamang.
"In any other situation, that might have worked; except: my boss is a chick, I was a girl in the forties, I HATE EVERYONE EQUALLY, and NO ONE alive can understand my sexual preference. Alpha hobbled to the scene, watching with veiled amusement. She honestly found supersoldiers funny in the way they acted. It wasn't because most were full of themselves, but because there were so many if them doing this and that, that it was laughable to imagine any of them accomplishing something. Though, there were a few exceptions to her contempt, and she tried her best to reserve her judgement. "Howdy"
-
Although currently, she found a majority of the ones under Rubicon to be sitting around, cleaning and examining their weaponry or sparring. Other soldiers where seen scurrying about, leaving them be. One looked over from where she stood, talking with a few others and gave a short wave.
-
She returned the greeting, taking a liking to them. They didn't try to force themselves into her business like the others of the dojo, so that was something.
-
For the most part, the Valkyries stuck to themselves, their own mini-society, their own way of life. What she would fail to realize is they whet actually a mixed bunch, each of them from varying companies and squadrons, each different ages and specialties.
-
She just kept hobbling along, waiting for something to happen of interest. Or just yo enjoy the walk.
-
After a bit a few excited shouts where heard, the voices of the Valkyries heard then as a loud "THACK" was heard, something hitting skin. Looking over, Alpha saw two of them in a sparring match, or something like it, as each had their arms out to their sides, hands locked together, pushing against each other. What made the sight odd was how they acted; it was almost like a football team, they did whatever at times. And right now, two of them where butting heads over something.
-
She decided to stick around, curious. Her eye looked from one to the other, and tried to discern whether it would be good or bad to get involved
-
One of them, a woman, faltered slightly, and the second took his chance, jutting forward and slamming his head into her's, a dull sound heard as they collided. From the blow, the woman fell to a knee, giving in to the man as he helped her up after. The others bid her congratulations for some reason, even though she lost. Even the man did, patting her back.
-
She raised and eyebrow. That was odd, usually losers in the Dojo weren't treated kindly. The valkries were oddfolk indeed.
-
They both left each other be after a bit, the group dissipating nowm

Standing near a wall was a hafling.(D&D version of a hobbit) he was small only 3’ 6” in height. He wore red robes that looked like they were part of a ancient Chinese monastery. He had light brown hair that was curly in the front. “You fight well.” He says to Olivia who is a mountain compared to his size. “Would you be interested in another sparing match, I could teach you a thing or two?”
-
"Height is an issue, I'm afraid I can lift my knee and you'll still fit under my foot. In other words; no, it would be a bit too hard to try and fight." She was right, however. Their size difference making it hard to properly spar.
-
“You are correct the size would make it a tough fight, but not impossible”. He pulls out a collapsible wooden quarter staff and breaks it in two. Then he hops 5 feet into the air on top of the two broken staff parts using them to elevate him off the ground.
-
"And I guess your a monk or something who can probably kick my ass or something. I weigh nearly 350 pounds nit counting any other gear and armor I weigh, most I would need to do is sit on you and I would crush the life out of you."
-
“There is were you are correct you could wear all your gear use all your weapons and I still could most likely beat you.” (This is my strongest character and my other character is a full blown dragon.) “But where have my manners gone to, I’m Kade Granstalker former master at the monastery of the yellow rose.”
-
"And I'm the best the ONSC can offer, and if what you say is true, then I may as well not try. Although enough bullets will kill anything, or a big enough explosive."
I have stronger, one of mine just got the ability to turn intl a dragon
-
“Yes the explosion might work if you catch me off guarded with a broken leg, and bullets... well my body is tough enough to withstand them, and my reaction time is fast enough to catch them.”
-
"Well that sounds like a loud of bs, because for you to catch a bullet you would need to move far too fast for the body to handle. But magic exists, so who am I to complain?"
-
“Magic is not where my power comes from, It comes from 100 years of training to use my body’s ki.
I based this guy off of the D&D monk class and catching projectiles is one of their ability’s.
-
"And I have enough experience to know that any creepy guy boasting magical ability is either crazy or serious."
-
“Well I’m sorry if you think I am being creepy.” He gets off of his quarterstaff and sets it down.
-
"What else am I supposed to think?" She gave a shrug then, crossing her arms.
-
“Well I would like to think people would be a bit more open minded in the dojo, but I’m not going to judge you if your not.”
-
"Open minded, if that's what you call it."
