Luckily, his karma said yes. And he was greeted by several loud thanks, a low dull metal sound coming closer behind him. When he turned around, he came face face with someone towering over him in a gun metal gray armored suit. Although the armor made the figure slightly taller, whoever it was topped out at roughly 7"6. Then he noticed the walk, feminine, a woman. A giant woman.
The helmet shone with a soft blue color where the visor was, light reflecting off of it from a nearby source.
Although she walked right by him, an icon on the right shoulder. A bear inside a circle, mouth outstretched in a roar. The words "RUBICON" engraved in the circle.

“Uhhh.....hello” the elf investigator says to the giant woman

The woman didn't shift much, a slight movement in her helmet. "Yes?" She spoke in a more firm, harsh tone. Most likely either busy, or either her usual tone.

“Are Young here to respond to my beacon?” He asked

"Your the cause of it?" She stopped then, turning on heel to face the stranger.

“Yes, why else would someone be standing out in the pouring rain. Well I actually like rain, it really sets the mood. Rain and night and jazz and a good detective story, perfect. Well anyways I caused the beckon.” The elf explains

"There's other reasons people would be out in the rain as well, other than for a beacon." The soldier stayed still, rain plunking off the armor and is undersuit.

"I don't have any problems. I have scouts and people or i can solve the problems myself. Are you looking for work?"

"Then I can offer. But this is no normal job, you would be a soldier, or an informant."

“Although I’m not a soldier working for some army, I can fight. Also I exceed at stealth and espionage.”he says

"Informant or scout then. If you agree, you'll be indoctrinated into my armies and serve a greater good as a neutral faction in everything."

"If you sign on you go where assigned, and you get on average a well stocked tent. Information is valued where I come from, so you'll live above average from the rest. Assignments and tasks will be given frequently, scouting operations and the like."

"Your in no position to haggle or try and make a deal. I'm no common soldier or mercenary. You wanted a job, I offered, and you refused. So, good luck" She put two fingers to her helmet and gave a sort of salute, then turned to leave.
