Hi everyone,
I'm a dedicated destiny 2 player that did not play much D1, but still enjoyed both games.
This only my reflections and thoughts about the changes Bungie has posted in the past couple days about the topic of penalty for leaving a game yearly.
Today when you sign up for an quickplay match solo or maybe with 1 friend and you meet an pre-made 4 stack team doing their "traveler knows what".. routine. Only gank everyone, since most random players do not use voice coms on PS4 inside the game, it is impossible to get teammates follow for team shooting.
Anyone else that get a hint of the problem here?
How in the universe should we want to stay inside a full game of that without leaving since we get penalties?
Only complaining about an future "maybe/if" problem I hope that Bungie also covers following:
Matchmaking
Do not let a stack team of 4 or 6 players be matched with 4 or 6 random players that even is not in a fireteam.
Sure longer que time in quickplay for a stack team, but hey! They got competitive or trials to run stack inside, not quickplay where it is intended as described in game "focus on fun".
Most other games, I take Heroes of the Storm for example, there you cant que to a game with full premade, they have their own place to play away from the casuals who just want to run a game with a friend or family member, maybe even alone.
Otherwise, I enjoy this game and everyone I met raiding/striking/trial and for that I'm grateful over destiny 2 and see the potential of this game.
