In a sudden burst of speed, Malcolm broke out of the underbrush of the forest and charged into the two bandits on patrol. He slammed his shoulder into one of them, sending the man sprawling to the ground before swinging his blade at the second. Both bandits were on the ground, one dead while the other was unconscious.
