Not long into the Dojo, the soldiers found themselves facing a rather large blockade among their current path, spanning a quarter mile through alleyways and other streets, gun metal gray walls, shield defenses, turrets, and even farther back was what looked to be artillery encampments; although upon closer inspection, treads where seen, four massive sets on each vehicle, and an equally large cannon carried on them. The tanks where massive, built for domination and destruction.
With a bit of focus, soldiers where seen, all adorned with full combat gear,; infantry, boasting familiarly designed rifles and gear, not straying from the original designs but maintaining a steady string of upgrades. At range though it was hard to tell what they where using.
Further inspection showed even taller soldiers, decked in powered armors and bigger weaponry, large and powerful explosives and firearms carried. The armor was solid, plated and had weak points in joints for as far as the opposing force was worried; most likely there was more to that then met the eye.
A loud horn went off then, signaling their approach, scouts seeing the presumedly hostile faction.
The blockade snapped to attention then, weapons ready to fire if any signs of force where shown. Most likely whoever was in charge had a similar ideology; show everything up front, and make a point.
Then, over the same loud speaker the horn came from, a voice was heard, echoing all around for effect; the only thing standing out that could be causing it was one of the massive soldiers standing on top of a car, setup to add to the blockade.
It was a woman's voice, although it was confident and demanded attention.
