Okay so I don’t get the shakes or anything like that but I get mad cravings and it’s like eating at me to buy a drink and I always give in.. this doesn’t happen every day but at least 3 times a week.
Also when I drink I can’t just have one... or two... (or 3 lmao) never been that type of person..

I think that the "healthy" amount is 6 standard drinks per week, anything over is damaging to your health. If i could give a pro tip, it would be. Stick to beer and wine, never go spirits..... Once you hit those spirits your tolerance will go through the roof and you'll be smashing down a whole bottle of vodka every night just to get that high.
