Temp Restriction on My Account
I’ve have a temp restriction on Crucible play on my account for a month now, is there any way to find out how long it will last via customer service or technical support.

Other than the initial message, there is no way to know, Restrictions are temporary and Bans are permanent. Bungie won't discuss bans or restrictions. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
