Dojoville, outside a medical building.
10:30 AM
She had done it. After consolidating her money, getting the right contacts, and getting a decent deal, Alpha finally had a purpose that wasn't so destructive.
She smiled as she stood in her new white lab coat, an I.D. identifying her not as Alpha....but by her real name
Alexandria D'Angelo, Chief M.D.
It made a sense of pride and relief form as she reminisced about the few happy times other than this she'd enjoyed.
But, then she had to get to work.
The building was open, sporting the name "D'Angelo Medical Clinic" and a small sign reading "GRAND OPENING".
She'd engage in some social interaction, and hopefully try to pick up the pieces of her life.
Hopefully.

A woman standing a 5 foot 8 entered the clinic. She had short, oak brown hair that was rather messy. Her eyes were as brown as her hair. She wore a violet shirt, black leggings, and ehite flats. She carried a briefcase. The woman spoke to Alpha, "Hello ma'am, are you hiring?"
-
Alpha sighed. "Not after the last guy who asked. Sorry" The goat said tiredly. "I'm Alexandria, who are you? I'm sorry, but we can set up an interview later"
-
"Doctor Emily Dufresne," she spoke. Something was awfully cheerful about her voice.
-
"...alright. good to meet you" She extended her hand
-
Dr. Dufresne shook Alpha's hand.
-
"I have to ask, what are you doing here? This isn't exactly a peaceful place"
-
"Why else do you think I'm here? To treat some patients!" Emily replied.
-
"Right...."
-
"So... will there be an interview? Or will I run around in my personal set of armor trying to run medic?" Dr Dufresne asked.
-
"I just said we're not hiring right now. The last guy who wanted an offer forced us to evacuate our patients
-
"Okay. Well... damnit. I guess I'll go use my nanotech on those medival dudes," Dufresne replied, leaving.
-
"good luck!"

Freya Trayven didn't recognize Alpha, of course. It had been months since they had met, but.. the crippled woman would visit, nonetheless. She wasn't the first Trayven to enter, that day. A few had stopped by, some even seeing if their supervisors and majors would permit visits and even serving as guardsmen. The automatic door opened as Freya, in her uniform, literally rolled in, looking around quietly. She was bound permanently to the chair, though she seemed.. relaxed. Hopeful, that someone had decided to help through medical means.
-
"Jesus..Freya?" Alpha said as she approached. The girl wore scrubs underneath her lab coat, and the way the others in the hospital treated her inferred she was the head honcho "What the hell??"
-
"I'm sorry, have we.. ...oh, dear - Alpha? Is that you?" Freya seemed just as surprised to meet Alpha, really. Judging by the expression on her face, she hadn't expected to meet her. And yet, even then.. there was a sort of relief in her eyes, too. Hope. "This is.. impressive. What's been going on? I'm.. I'm sorry, that I'm acting oddly. Been out of the loop for.. a while."
-
"I just opened the hospital. There really wasn't one here but that isn't.... What the hell?" She knelt down so they were at eye level "....I can fix this."
-
"You can?" Freya sighed, pondering. "...I should pay you. I have nothing on me right now, I.. I stopped by to visit. Nonetheless, will gold do? I should make you a lord for such a gift, the gift to.. to walk."
-
"Hell, I can do more. If you wanted, I could help you run faster than before." She said, sighing. "I.....it'll just take a lot of getting used to."
-
"More?" Freya questioned, nodding her head. "Go on.."
-
"It's difficult, but we can replace your legs with enhanced prosthetics that are essentially normal musculature but....better." It was obvious she didn't want to say this part, but had to. "The most difficult would be to remove your entire spine and brain...and put it into a new body. I'm not sure if that's best, however."
-
"A new body? I'll.. I'll have to see if Traci would consent to such an action." Freya murmured, sighing.
-
"well, we can give you just the legs. You wouldn't see a difference, but you'd be able to tell due to the fact that your legs would be able to run without getting tired for extended periods of time, you'd run faster, and your legs would be much stronger"
-
A man walked into the building (not Jase) he was about 5’ 10” wearing a long black trench coat that covered most of his body. He also had a fedora on that was also black. His left arm was tucked in his trench coat in the position it would be in if he had a cast on. He walked up to alpha and said”hello I’m doctor josh Philips, I am glad to see that a new clinic is here.”
-
She seemed a bit on edge about the school-shooter type who just presented himself. The goat was unsure about this man. "Hello? I don't believe we've met. Alexandria." She extended her animal-like hand
-
“No I do t believe we have.” He extends his right arm and shake hands. “Anyway I’ve been in the dojo for a short time and from what I’ve seen it’s chaotic. So I was happy when I heard a clinic was opening up, and decided to stop by.”
