It had been the second dragon that had come around to Dojoville in roughly two days.
After Rose had transformed, with Niki leaning on her quietly as Clea followed silently, the doors of the garrison would creak open as a hulking, armored figurine would approach, though vividly feminine. Once she recognized Rose and Niki, she lifted her visor - revealing Isabella.
I: "Jesus, what the.. Rose, holy.. and Niki?"
N: "Hi, Bella. It's, um.. a long story."

Rose gave a weak smile then, too tired and sore to speak as she wrapped her arm around Niki. Isabella would get all accounts of the story later, but for now she wanted to rest, and not be shot at for the next week.
-
Isabella would keep her silence, though she would nod as the gates would remain open. As Clea approached, the two met with stern gazes, before Clea held out her hand. Within it, a simple iron badge, from the Tribune. Without words, Isabella only nodded and took the badge, pocketing it for smelting later, while Clea smiled briefly and bowed her head. "My lady," She said, before following Rose into the camp.
-
Rose glared at Bella then. "She helped, I owe her and so does Niki. We all do." She knew how the officer could be, and wanted to see Clea live. Besides, she liked the girl, maybe they could all get together and... no, bad Rose. Walking inside then, she took Niki's hand.
-
"I remember when you looked like a scared little puppy who just pissеd itself, Ms. Rose. But now.. I like the fire that burns in you." Isabella would allow a smile to break through her once toughened exterior, as she waved the group onwards. Perhaps she had finally learned to maintain her anger. Perhaps she just respected Rose more. Clea fell silent though, only nodding to the bаstard princess and her lover quietly. Niki would continue to grasp Rose's hand, meanwhile. Her features were leaner, a little more drawn out and feminine still, but her height was slightly boosted yet. Pale, soft scales had broke through her hands and forearms, and now her eyes were a more crystalline blue color. Yet Niki seemed as happy as ever. "...Do you think that Isabella likes the new.. forms?" She asked, with a cute giggle.
-
She gave a short shrug, unsure of it all really. "Its up in the air, she probably likes my turning into a dragon maybe. Don't know really." She shared in the giggle then, nodding to Clea as she took Niki off to the bastard princess' tent. Rose wanted time alone with her, time to rest. Some food, and a shower. Maybe both with Niki, which made her grin at the though, ogling at her lover.
-
"Perhaps," She laughed, landing on their bed as she sighed. "Everything seems to have changed a little more.. a lot more. So many more soldiers.."
-
"We where gone for a while. I don't know how long actually." She paused for a bit then. "I missed you, so glad I got you back~" Rose let out a sigh then, scooting close.
-
Niki was silent, before delivering a soft kiss to Rose's lips. She then hugged the taller woman, sighing softly as she burrowed her face into Rose's shoulder. She looked up, arms still wrapped around Rose. "Felt like.. years, for me. Nobody but that.. monster of a woman."
-
She hugged Niki tightly then. "Its ok now, though. I'm here and your safe~" She grinned, not letting her go.
-
"I could wish for nothing more." Niki said, smiling. "Rose, since you're.. committed, clearly, I was wondering about.. oh, it's too early for that."
-
She gave a curious glance then, nudging her. "Yeah, what is it? You can't mention something important by my guess and not tell."

Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 2/4/2018 2:30:19 AM"Well, uh.. ...could we get.. married? I mean, this seems early, but.. in a few months? I'd take up your last name, obviously, unless Dad recognized me as a trueborn child.." Niki sighed. "I know, it's.. stupid."
-
Rose propped herself up on her on her elbow then, looking Niki dead in the eye. That was a surprising but serious question, one Rose was prepared to answer already. "Yes. I will marry you!" Her voice cracked then, as she slung herself onto Niki in a warm embrace.
-
Niki would cry out, in what was clearly joy, as she wrapped her arms around Rose and embraced her tightly. "Oh, Rose!" The smaller girl (though still tall and lean, yet) was pressed upon the bed, giggling as she kissed Rose then. "...We need a place to get married. The cathedral in Trayve.. no, too far. And this place.. it sucks, to be honest. No wedding here. Hmm.."
-
"I'll travel as far as it takes~" She grinned, laying atop Niki as she placed a hand against the the bastard child's face, rubbing her cheek with her thumb.
-
"We'll find a place. For both of us." Niki whispered, smiling up at Rose. "I've never felt so.. happy, about anything else. Joyful. Compassionate, for.. you."
-
She beamed then, alone with Niki, no other problems or distractions. She liked that idea. "You should feel how I feel. Although its mostly a burning heat inside of me, I'm so overwhelmed and happy right now~"
-
"...We should find a home. A place to rest, for you and I. Once this terrible war ends, we can just.. relax, you and I. Rose, if you.. ever considered it, what about.. adoption, later on? I've always wanted a family. A real family." Niki continued.
-
"Whatever you want. It would be nice to have a real family." She beamed then, laying back down next to Niki.
-
"I guess we both've had family issues.." Niki sighed. "No matter. We'll be a true family. A true, honest, and loving family."
-
She grinned, the thought melting her heart. "It'll be great, just you and me; an actual family."
