I'll guide you to the central database access console in the mainframe, where you'll download a few vital Frontier files for me. Along with them, you'll download an authorization data key that will allow you to get to where they're holding Caroline. Then, you'll both (or at least one of you) will make your way to the ship's main A.I. core, where you'll plug in a bug that should cause an immediate shutdown of all local Frontier systems on Concordia. Then, you'll be free to walk out. Sound alright?"
