If you're one of the rare few who are grinding IB for ornaments, this is to make you aware of a possible glitch. The chest ornament is acquired through grenade and melee kills, according to its description. However, on PC at least, it has a possible tendency to only count for grenade kills and not melee kills. So if you're grinding for that ornament, make sure to spam those grenade kills like it's D1 all over again, otherwise you might find it takes a lot longer than you'd think to unlock the ornament. I'm not sure how common the glitch is, but thankfully it seems to be quite rare. And yes, I'm aware melee kills only count for part of a percent while grenade kills count as a full percent.
