Since I will permanently be gone after tomorrows update, I just wanted to remind you all that you are all great people. Although we all have our political differences and at times we can all be assholes, this is little community is unique and it's fun to be around. I've spent most of my time here lurking, but even though I never really participated in the community, I always called it my home. In my mind, The Flood/Offtopic will always be my home, it's where I grew up on the internet. Since I was about 15 years old, I spent my time on the Flood and the Halo 3 forums browsing for hours and laughing at the stupidest things. This is the place I "cut my teeth" on and got to learn what it's like to interact on the internet. Now that probably wasn't the best place to grow up in, in hindsight, but it helped me feel like I belonged. Everyone was weird and we all loved the games we were playing. It was and is a community that I am happy to be a part of. But now, I guess my time is up. We knew this was going to happen eventually, it happened with the first Destiny and it was only a matter of time before it happened again. We've been here on borrowed time, and it's finally over.
