Hi,
I’ve seen other topics about this already but with no clear reply or solution yet. Therefore Im posting another one. I had the trial of destiny 2 on my ps4 and bought the real disc game yesterday. I spend the whole damn day trying to fix this ‘problem’ and did almost about everything from rebooting, to clearing cache to logging in/out ps4 account etc. Today we are more than 12h further and I still get the same message. What I want to know is if this is an internal problem with your servers or??
Btw, others are playing destiny 2 just fine, while I can’t. Also the trial worked just fine.
Please respond.. If I know ya’ll are working on it that would be sufficiënt.

In addition to the info from TuxyDoh, another user suggested to that he/she did the following & was then able to login. [quote] On PS4 went to settings - initialization - restore default settings.
