A Garden world - Curse of osiris
I keep getting killed while trying to ascend the spire. I get to the second "jump" pad and I get fired into something that isn't visible and kills me everytime.. glitch seems to me.

I second that, It seem to only happens if a player is already at the boss while the other are about to end the second jump pads. I ended up quit the strike because It wont resparwn me and a fire-team member at the boss, just kept spawning us on the floor were the last set of enemies are., and as we jump on the pads we would get slammed into the walls facing that pad.
