Can someone please explain this to me?
Why would someone EVER want to use a sniper over a rocket launcher, especially for PvE? Just another screw up on Bungies part. They can buff snipers all they want. Nobody is ever going to use them.
Edit 1: number 3 on trending. At what point does Bungie put the weaon system back to D1's?

There used to lots of occasions a sniper was preferred in D1 I can see why some would still want to use one even in D2. Raid sniper is particularly good.
