Can someone please explain this to me?
Why would someone EVER want to use a sniper over a rocket launcher, especially for PvE? Just another screw up on Bungies part. They can buff snipers all they want. Nobody is ever going to use them.
Edit 1: number 3 on trending. At what point does Bungie put the weaon system back to D1's?

I started off D2 using snipers. Still in the D1 mind state. I quickly realized this was a mistake when soloing stuff. Shotguns and Rockets just did WAY more damage WAY faster. One close, one at long range. These new style neutered D2 rocket launchers got boring very quickly. Then I started running Wardcliff Coil. While great and fun, sky rocketing majors way off the map is kind of inconvenient sometimes LOL. Eventually I settled on Telesto lol...
